Return and refund

We offer a 30-day return policy for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags attached. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. The return/exchange for defective items is free of charge.

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. You must notify us of the cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags attached. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of non-defective products.
